Shared Solutions® is a unique and personalized support program available to anyone touched by multiples sclerosis (MS) (but not limited to any specific MS therapy patients) including family members, friends, caregivers and healthcare professionals.
The Shared Solutions® team processes over 55,000 calls per year and deploys 90 field-based nurses who help patients with personalized injection training. Operating from the Montreal head office and working with patients throughout Canada, the Shared Solutions® program provides unique, personalized and confidential support to people with multiple sclerosis. Through this proactive, compassionate and free program, Canadian patients can speak directly with nurses trained to advise and to answer a vast array of questions on the causes and symptoms of the disease, injection techniques, the management of side effects, payment for medicines, and how to maintain the best possible quality of life.
